Over the month of September, Rotarians have maintained a presence in the  Monaghan Shopping Centre as part of our Christmas Ribbon Appeal.  The appeal provided shoppers an opportunity to ‘Remember a Loved One’ by attaching a ribbon with a message onto the Christmas tree in the centre of the shopping centre.

Koko & family visit from Bulgaria

Koko the little Bulgarian boy who underwent a life saving heart operation in 2005 at the age of six with the help of Monaghan Rotary and many good people made a visit to Monaghan for a week with his mother Irena and little sister Maria.

Monaghan Rotary Garden Project

The Monaghan Rotary Garden project was completed in 2010 resulting in the renovation of a piece of wasteground into a beautiful public garden space located on the outskirts of Monaghan Town.
